@VerizonSupport Yes, well I’m still on hold trying to reach a representative. To go over the same issue I thought I resolved last time a month ago, after being on hold for almost an hour. You can give me a call back, with an actual person ready to talk. Maybe try hiring more people.

@slopezg__ I use Spectrum for $45 a month. They run off of Verizon’s network and any Spectrum provided wifi. You do need to have some Spectrum services though if I remember right.
